We were brought together by our need to have better systems and a desire to help business enhance their processes and increase efficiency.
Having worked together on several projects in banks in Kenya we realized that there was a gap between what the businesses wanted and what the solution providers delivered. This had a tremendous and always negative impact on customer satisfaction and consequently the business performance.
